I dont know that its fair for people who are in it for different reasons to judge, to say, Oh, youre not allowed to come over and make money on Pokmon. Its not illegal, its not necessarily immoral, but I think there are people who are like, Thats not right
Of course, that's not stopped some players, with listings appearing, and selling, on eBay
Both real and fake cards can be printed off-center, but it tends to be more common and more extreme in fake cards
